My session fee is $250 per 50-minute session.
I know how important it is to find the right therapist.
That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation call where you can get to know me a little more. There’s no pressure, no awkward expectations—just a genuine conversation to help us explore whether I might be a good fit for you.
You can ask questions, share what’s been going on, and get a feel for how I work. My goal is always to help you find the right support, even if that’s not with me.
Clients can be in California or Colorado during our therapy sessions.

My fee is $250 per session, and payment is due at the time of service (credit card, check, or cash are all fine). I’m an out-of-network provider in California, which means I don’t bill insurance directly.
The best step is to check with your insurance provider to see what your out-of-network benefits are, since you’ll be responsible for anything insurance doesn’t cover.
In Colorado and Arizona I do take some insurance. I encourage you to call your insurance to get an estimate depending on your plan and provider.

I am licensed in California, Colorado and soon to be Arizona. I can only work with clients who are physically located in those states at the time of our sessions. I offer virtual therapy those in California, Colorado and Arizona.

I’m considered an out-of-network provider in California, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many of my clients use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for part of the cost of therapy.
If you’d like to go this route, I’ll provide you with a monthly superbill—a special receipt you can submit to your insurance company. It includes all the information they typically need to process your claim.
Before getting started, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Is there a deductible I need to meet first?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?
In Colorado and Arizona I take insurance along with private pay.

Some clients start to feel relief within just a few sessions, while for others, the process is more gradual. Treatment goals, frequency of sessions and duration of sessions vary with each client. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll be here to support you through the entire journey.
