  • We use a telehealth platform for online therapy for anyone in Colorado. You’ll get a link prior to our session.

  • There's a tab for that! I also know counseling comes at a financial price as my education and trainings also come at a price. I have some sliding scale spots available. You can reach out if needed and see if there are any open.

  • I am in network with United, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Carelon, Select Health-CO, Quest and more!

    You can also submit out-of-network fees to insurance if you have these benefits in your plan.

  • We will go over intake paperwork and your history. I'm a firm believer in boundaries and if there's something you don't want to talk about during the intake that's totally okay. We will then talk about what your goals are in therapy and how we can achieve them. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule some more sessions!

  • It sounds crazy but it works! Here's the website and there are videos of what it would be like. We can also start with a shorter session of ART to test it out if you'd like as well.

  • I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. I will charge the card on file 48 hours in advance to the session, for the full session price, unless it's cancelled before then. We can always switch to telehealth if you're not able to meet.

  • I love traveling, camping and a good cup of coffee! I also have a golden retriever named Huckleberry!
